Praise be you are naked
I like art and I like to rip on organized religion from time to time, but this one leaves me at the crossroads. On one hand I want to praise the art, the other hand I scoff at it. On one hand I want to start going to church in Germany, the other hand I’m laughing at the pastor’s comments.
What am I talking about? A teen youth group in Germany is putting a 2006 calender with staged photos of erotic moments in the Bible; including nude scenes. Right…you think I make this crap up don’t you? Nope. Check it out at Reuters.

So the pastor is excited that teenagers a taking their clothes off? Wow, that’s what I call old news…maybe we need to redefine the phrase “commit to the Bible”, because I am pretty sure church service attendance would go way up -or way down.
