I’m selling photos
Well…not yet. I haven’t picked the right one yet. However there is an auction online at Flickr [http://www.flickr.com/groups/katrina_auction/] for the Hurricane relief effort. Tons of pictures and lots of money to go to the Red Cross if you see something you like.
I like bunnies
I just can’t figure out which bunny I like better. Cheers to another wonderful crazy Thursday! :)

Love is all you need
Have you seen the movie Love Actually? Well you should…at least for the wedding scene. For a few weeks I have had the Beetles song “Love is all you need” in my head because of that scene. So I go on iTunes (and I search Amazon too) and apparently you can’t get that version of the song. I did find two other versions that rock so I’m happy.
Where am I going with this? Well I need to back up a second…so hold your horses please and thank you. :)
Last night I got kinda down. I have a new friend that has the same name as Miss 33 [recall: Memoirs of a love astray] but this new friend is just a friend -gender incompatibility there (ha!), but it’s painfully annoying when I talk to her because I feel rude: I rarely say her name because it feels odd. I haven’t said that name to address someone in quite some time…brings back memories. My new friend is also a champion hug giver, and anyone who knows me personally knows: bd loves hugs!
So it’s not that hugging my new friend or her name is making me think about Miss 33; actually that’s not quite it at all. It’s just making me recall what it is like to love someone deep down inside. I miss that feeling…a lot. Hugs are wonderful, but now I am recalling what it’s like to hug someone when there is something more behind it. With that memory recall comes a yearning for that feeling.
…and?
Well that song in the movie makes me smile and not worry about it so much anymore. I’ve been busy with work and school and that has helped me not think about things…with a little break between classes I needed a little *boost* and that song does it. It’s slightly odd because you would think it would have the reverse affect, but it doesn’t. :)
So, when you’re lonely just remember: Love is all you need. La la la laaaaaaaaa Hm hm hm hmmmmm….Ba da da da daaaaaaa Love is all you need. :)

This is old news
Looks like I should have read my monthly horoscope before the month was over. How do these folks figure this crap out…damn. At least I can say I wasn’t a victim of my own self-fulfilling prophecy. I chose NOT to read next month’s! :)

I just got an offer
My first photo shoot! How crazy is that?! I have 8,000 things to do this weekend, but I will also be at MIS [Michigan International Speedway] this Sunday doing a photo shoot for one of our clients…taking pictures of NASCAR drivers while they sign some autographs. Unfortunately I don’t know what pictures I will be able to post…but I am taking my camera and a digital SLR (professional camera) from work. So I have a grandstand ticket, suit ticket and a pseudo-backstage pass for the signature area. Our photographer couldn’t do it and he recommended me…now if I could just figure out all the buttons on the camera… :)
I’ll be a little busy this weekend and into the beginning of next week…until next time: have a good weekend! :)
